Herbal Balms
Mountain Herbery Balms & Teas begin with a walk in the mountains. They are made from and inspired by the herbs that grow there.
Your herbs are picked by hand in the mountains, gathered and tied into bunches and hung up to dry. Once dried they are infused in oil to draw out their medicine, a traditional and slow process as old as the hills they come from. The healing property of the oil is complimented with essential oils, enriched with body butter and set with beeswax.

I offer teas to ease digestion, relax and nourish the nervous system, cleanse and support the circulation and to relieve cough, colds and fever. Herbal tea is a delicious and effective way to support your health and wellbeing, these herbs traditionally bring balance and strength to them both. Natures materia medica that you drink in with every sip.
Aromatherapy Jewellery
The Essence of Glendalough is a trio of essential oil blends Cherish, Release and Awaken. They represent the beauty, serenity and vibration that has drawn people to the valley of the two lakes for millenia. The therapeutic effect of the oil is the positive emotional change they create when inhaled.
I have chosen beautiful stainless steel pendants as carriers for your oil with Celtic and natural designs and placed them in a presentation box. Each pendant comes with a set of felt pads including the colours forest green, turquoise blue, red, pink, black and dark blue with your choice of oil. Simply place a few drops onto the felt pad and pop it inside your pendant, refresh as you need.
