My name is Jo, I’m a Master Medical Herbalist, Iridoligist & Holistic Nutritionist. I live in the Wicklow Mountains close to Glendalough in a cottage that feels the full force of busy family life and mountain weather, it certainly looks like it some days too!

I discovered very young that plants were more than beautiful, some were medicinal, some were called herbs and there were Herbalists! 

‘Na duilleoga a chaitheann a geasa’ means the leaves that cast their spell. They cast theirs upon me and I began a life with herbs.

I am a practising Medical Herbalist serving communities in the Wicklow Uplands from Glendalough and the Wicklow Coast from Greystones. You can book an appointment here.
